Quality management in the spiral hose business
Uniform processes, high quality: Audits are an integral part of our quality management, which means that you can rely on us for uniform processes and high quality. This is also demonstrated by our ISO 9001 certification.
Quality has a high priority with us
This applies equally to our products and processes. To ensure consistently high quality, we are certified according to ISO EN 9001.
The quality management system installed at Masterduct stands for the continuous improvement of processes, products and/or services. It is geared towards meeting customer requirements as well as normative and legal requirements of the products and/or services.
Regardless of whether it is metered hose goods, the assembled and tested hose line or hose systems - the interaction of quality components in compliance with standards and regulations forms the basis for our products and our services.

Certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015
DIN EN ISO 9001 is the most important and best-known quality management standard. It defines the requirements for a quality management system and is an internationally recognized standard.
TÜV Nord has confirmed that we apply the management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 in compliance with the regulations. The scope of application includes the development, manufacture and sale of technical hoses, hose components and hose connections. The certification proves comprehensible and customer-oriented processes, highest reliability in product quality and adherence to delivery dates as well as a constant striving for improvement.
ISO 9001 certification is the most important national and international standard in quality management (QM) and a globally recognized standard. For successful certification, a company's core processes must be regulated according to the most modern standards.

Factory certification according to DIN EN ISO 10 204-2.1
All products distributed by Masterduct comply with the currently valid catalog information and the specifications and properties contained therein. The verification and compliance with these specifications and properties is ensured by our quality assurance according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. The products are checked for the following properties: Wire thickness, wire position in the hose profile, wall thickness, pitch, inner and outer diameter, length, weight, material properties, surface resistance, bending radii, abrasion resistance, chemical and mechanical resistance, compressive strength, vacuum resistance.

During the certification process, the Master-PUR H FishTec was subjected to a destruction scenario under real conditions and demonstrated excellent material properties and high resistance to stress cracking. The hose offers numerous advantages over conventional hoses and increases productivity in fish farming and aquaculture.
The robust hose made of high-quality polyurethane has a smooth inner surface that enables optimum flow speed during transport processes and prevents the formation of deposits. The new hose solution is resistant to UV radiation, ozone and many chemicals - and complies with the strict Norwegian standard NS 9416:2013.
Masterduct spiral hoses made of PUR comply with DIN 26057
Our spiral hoses made of polyurethane (PUR) meet all the requirements of the national standard DIN 26057. But that's not all: we played a key role in drafting DIN 26057 and adapted to the new requirements at an early stage. And so we were one of the first companies on the market to guarantee the new standard for our DIN 26057 spiral hoses made of polyurethane.
DIN 26057 defines the requirements for spiral hoses made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), which are reinforced with steel wire and have a corrugated outer contour. These hoses are used for conveying granules as well as powdery materials, dusts and bulk materials. In the new standard, the conditions and procedure for testing the hoses are described and regulated in detail.
Internal tests by our quality department have fully confirmed the standard for our spiral hoses. Available according to the new DIN standard are hose types of the series L-F, L, H, HX (also in the electrically conductive, antistatic, flame retardant and MHR variants). Hoses for the food, pharmaceutical and medical sectors are excluded from the standard.

Customer survey: Sales employees have a "high advisory competence"
To better understand the different customer segments, we regularly conduct customer surveys. The results show that there is no such thing as the typical Masterduct customer. There are partners from the trade, OEMs and end customers who have different needs. Some prefer to talk to our sales staff in person, others are predominantly online and use our webshop.
The results of the survey show that we are on the right track. Despite different needs, everyone finds a suitable approach to our products and solutions.
The praise for the advisory skills of our sales staff clearly shows what sets Masterduct apart in direct customer contact. Many customers see our sales staff as reliable partners who are able to select the right connection solutions.
